And there, behind the scenes, you’ll always find Iveta.

The Beginning of the Journey

If we had to describe her in one word, it would be tireless. Iveta joined the Red Devil team over 11 years ago – young, smiling, and full of enthusiasm. In those early years, she was juggling several jobs at once, yet her energy and dedication always shone through.

Bit by bit, Red Devil became her place. A second skin. A home. She worked her way through every position in the company, learning on the go and facing all kinds of challenges – from carrying trays to handling strategic conversations with major clients. Today, she’s our event manager, specializing in festivals and large-scale open-air events.

Life in Motion

For Iveta, everything is about life and movement. While she’s setting glasses on a cocktail table or overseeing the assembly of a marquee the size of a football field, her mind is already buzzing with ideas for the next big event. Iveta thinks in colors, shapes, and spaces. She notices details that others might overlook. Most importantly, she has the unique talent to bring people together, instill confidence, and turn even the most stressful days into an adventure.

The Superpower of Building Connections

One of her true superpowers is building relationships – the genuine kind, where clients return not just for the delicious food or elegant service, but because they know there’s someone on the other side who will listen, understand, and fight to make their event perfect.

Her Most Personal “I Do”

And as it happens in life – the time came for her own most personal event. Last Saturday, Iveta said “Yes” and opened a new chapter in her story. Even though her wedding took place during one of our busiest seasons, we have no doubt it was all in true Iveta style – colorful, perfectly organized, full of laughter… and flawless.

veta, thank you for putting your heart into everything you do, for inspiring those around you, and for always finding a reason to smile even on the toughest days. We wish you both a life together filled with warmth, music, and light – just like the most beautiful events you’ve ever created.
