On May 12, 2025, we had the honor of organizing the 68th anniversary celebration of the Bulgarian Sports Totalizator (BST). The event unfolded in three distinct parts, combining corporate communication, refined catering, and thematic design. As Red Devil Catering, we took full charge of planning and execution, managing all logistics and guest experiences across three consecutive event formats held on the rooftop terrace and lobby of the BST headquarters.

Part 1: Press Conference and Drawing Demonstration

The day began at 11:00 a.m. with a formal media session focused on transparency in the lottery draw process. Journalists were invited to visit the "Draw Room," where the daily draws take place, and witness live demonstrations using specialized equipment.

Afterward, guests moved to a dedicated cocktail zone, where we welcomed them with a bespoke catering selection. The menu reflected the Totalizator's visual identity: mini spheres of salad, cheese and sushi, truffles, and spherified cocktails. Every detail was crafted with attention to the spherical motif inspired by BST's numbered lottery balls.

Part 2: Team Cocktail for BST Employees

At 4:00 p.m., we transformed the venue for an informal gathering dedicated to BST's staff. We created a relaxed, appreciative atmosphere with balloon decorations in the brand's colors (orange, blue, white), an official blue carpet, and a photo wall. Table decor also featured lottery-themed visual elements and numbers.

Our culinary presentation remained consistent — visually impactful and logistically tailored to the venue (a second floor without elevator access). We coordinated every step in advance and adapted our delivery and service approach accordingly.

Part 3: Evening Reception with VIP Guests

The evening segment began at 7:00 p.m., welcoming special guests to a formal cocktail hosted by Deо. Following a keynote by BST CEO Mr. Lyubomir Petrov, the celebration continued with cake-cutting, a live jazz vocal set, a DJ, and social mingling.

A sudden drop in temperature posed no challenge — we had anticipated the conditions and provided heaters and warming equipment to ensure uninterrupted comfort.

Details That Make the Difference

The entire event was built around a unified visual theme — the sphere — which tied together the food, drinks, and decorations. This consistency created a seamless experience that impressed both hosts and guests.

Despite a tight timeline (only one week of preparation), the event ran smoothly, thanks to our dedicated team. We thank BST for the trust placed in us and the opportunity to co-create such a memorable occasion.
