The event was dedicated to the concept of a tropical celebration – an idea combining fresh accents, vivid colours, and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for team bonding and marking the successful end of the business season.
Atmosphere and Décor
From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by vibrant tropical décor – palm leaves, bright floral elements, and themed accessories that transformed the venue into a mini getaway. The carefully chosen furniture and setup contributed to a casual and comfortable vibe throughout the evening.

Red Devil Catering curated a diverse menu, blending light summer bites with bold flavour combinations. A key focus was the fast, flexible service, ensuring that tables were always stocked with freshly prepared finger food and refreshing drinks.

Exceptional Cocktails
For the cocktail selection, we trusted our partners at Barkeepers, who impressed everyone with a rich variety of signature cocktails and classic mixes given a tropical twist. The cocktails quickly became one of the highlights of the evening, perfectly complementing the food concept.
Free-Flowing Moments Without Formal Programme
Although the event did not include a formal programme or awards segment, the informal concept allowed guests to fully enjoy their free time, conversations, and shared moments. The atmosphere, described by the organisers as “colourful, fun, delicious food, wonderful cocktails,” was exactly what we set out to create.
No Challenges, Only Seamless Execution
Our team had one month to prepare for this summer party, allowing for meticulous planning and precise execution of every element – from menu selection to the final decorative touches.
