Let’s take a brief look back at the end of last year, when our long-standing client and partner, Volvo Bulgaria, once again entrusted us with the organization of a spectacular corporate event. The occasion was the grand opening of their new service center, which we transformed into an unforgettable experience for all guests.

The event embraced the theme “Saint Lucia – the Patron Saint of Light in Scandinavia,” weaving the symbolism of light and Scandinavian elegance into the atmosphere, décor, and overall program.

Luxurious and Creative Atmosphere

The venue was transformed into a magical winter world, illuminated by soft lights and rich decorations. Stunning lighting effects and impressive décor elements created a true fairytale ambiance. A highlight of the evening was the moving snowflake installations that captivated the audience, along with the artistically executed show program.

A Show Program That Took Their Breath Away

One of the evening’s most exciting moments was the appearance of acrobats, who, despite last-minute uncertainty due to health issues, managed to participate and delight the audience with a breathtaking performance. Guests were equally impressed by the dynamic stage presence and choreography, seamlessly fitting the Scandinavian theme.

Taste as a Signature

As always, food was one of our strongest assets. The Red Devil Catering team curated the menu and the entire culinary experience — from the welcome drink, through rich buffets and hand-passed canapés, to artistically presented dishes combining taste, aesthetics, and creativity. Guests, numbering around 250, were thrilled with every bite and the impeccable service.
